The transmit locations are the STARS Arlington #19 and Fairfax #17 sites.
The conventional 800 MHz aspect is interesting. It's not a transportable
trunked site. And the freqs in VSP's APX NEXT portables (both DVRS and
simplex) are all 700 MHz.
