What can we make of this Special Temporary FCC license issued to Virginia
State Police for 1/6-1/24/25?

It appears to be four conventional 800 MHz P25 freq pairs? I assume it’s
for the inauguration?

For previous special events in the NCR, VSP has used channels on their VHF
STARS  system (connected to 7/800 MHz portables via VRS).
