[Scan-DC] Anne Arundel County Fire/EMS

I know they were reported/supposed to have gone encrypted.  I just took a
look at Radio Reference and the police are not [yet] showing encryption.
So with that said, is it possible that they have already implemented their
encrypted and included the FD with the PD?
