[Scan-DC] Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse

Joel, according to media outlets and an interview early this morning there was a local Pilot onboard. Also a report on WTOP and WJZ said the ship notified MDOT of the loss of power and nav problems before it crashed into the bridge.
