[Scan-DC] Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse

There should have been a harbor pilot on the bridge and why didn't he notify anyone when the ship first lost power, which was several minutes before the impact.
Scary to think how many times I have gone over in my car and under on a cruise ship in the past many years.

/ Harbor Tunnel channel at 1:27:53
Their officer was the first to report the collapse at 1:29:27
These timestamps are based on broadcastify, which can be slightly delayed,
but it is usually only a few s seconds.
