[Scan-DC] Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse

I was listening to the Key Bridge TG. About 5 minutes before
it happened, a call came out that there was a ship that had
lost it's steering and to close off the bridge until is passes.
They didn't get it closed in time, and at 0129 I heard an
officer say the bridge is gone, the top is missing.
