[Scan-DC] WPRR Re: 1680 KHz AM

Kilokat-7, one of our HFU members and pirate enthusiasts, lives near WPRR and compared his recording of the station to some of the logs on the HFU, and matched all the songs. It seems that WPRR takes the FCC's rules regarding station identification as a suggestion more than a requirement, and doesn't ID much, if at all. :)
