[Scan-DC] Uniden SDS 100 firmware update that bombed

If you believe that the loss was due to the recent firmware upgrade, just
roll it back and you will be happy again.  I literally just finished testing
the newest beta released last night, and it's no better.

Anyone who lost SDS 100 P 25 decode capability should call Uniden at
1-800-297-1023. I've called twice and they don't seem to get that many
customers have $700 bricks. Power is in the numbers of calls
