[Scan-DC] Can scan-dc email settings be changed to allow small attachments?

As the Yahoo groups wound down towards the end of last year, my high school
alumni group moved to groups.io.  We did not move any past messages as they
were mostly conversations about the school (some very controversial), so we
chose to start with a clean slate.  Before Yahoo groups went away, we sent
an email to every member of the old group to apply for membership at our
new list on groups.io.  We went from nearly 1,000 members to about 250
now.  It was a long and time intensive process.  Most of the old group
members had been inactive for years and never applied for membership in the
new group.  At first, the new group was very active, but activity has
tapered off to a few postings a week.  And new member applications are
about one a week.  I am a co-administrator and co-owner of the new group.
We are not an open group - to become a member, you have to provide your
real name as well as your year of graduation.  Very different from Scan-DC
where anyone can join.  Groups.io has turned out to be better than Yahoo,
though there is a learning curve.  Just make sure you go with the free
service - some of the features are only for paid groups.
