[Scan-DC] Can scan-dc email settings be changed to allow small attachments?

When Yahoo decided to pull the plug on yahoo groups, I decided to find an
alernative to 35 years of our message board ARUNFON. It took me a few days
to find software to backup yahoo messages and bring them over to Groups.IO.
Its a full time gig to moderate and admin the site. Approve pending members
etc. Someone at SCAN-DC would have to take this on as well.
