[Scan-DC] Frederick City Active Shooter

I've been following on the air.  I need to remember to post to this list
when there is an incident.

had to turn off the scanners because I'm in a meeting

There was a shooting at a business on the east side of Frederick, scanner
radio traffic suggests that the suspect fled in a vehicle to Fort Detrick
in north central Frederick.

It seems that the shooter from the initial scene fled to Fort Detrick and
suffered a gunshot there.

Google maps doesn't know the names of most of the roads on base.  Best
location explanation is, on the main road inside of the east gate.

This thread referenced a Priority 4 - didn't catch that related to the
shooting incident, there was a priority 4 called for an elderly man near
Emmitsburg.

I thought they used the term "second incident" when they called for the
bearcat.
