[Scan-DC] On air scanner net for SCAN-DC

Sorry for the delay in responding.  I just tried 146.700 with a 5W HT and
no dice.   I can hit 147.300 with no problem, as well as others, but not
the Leesburg one.  At first I confused Zello with Zelle, as I have never
heard of the former.  I was wondering how a banking app was used for
talking 😎.    If I had opened you emails earlier, I would have tried 10M.
My Eagle loads well with my antenna on 10 and had FM,  I'm hoping for the
sunspots to return as I did well on that band during the last solar peak.

I downloaded Zello and tried to create an account on my Iphone, however,
even though there were check marks next to my email and password, it would
not actually proceed to account creation.  Am I missing something?
