[Scan-DC] On air scanner net for SCAN-DC

I agree, perhaps a regular Zoom meeting once a month like our last get
together, I counted around 15 folks on that via zoom. Also learned a few
things as well, I didn't know. Newbies could ask the experts, perhaps find
what is "hot" as far as area traffic is concerned since we all have
different niches....
