[Scan-DC] On air scanner net for SCAN-DC

Some of you  may remember that I ran a scanner/SWL net for almost a 
decade on the BRATS 147.03 repeater.  Sadly the explosion of the Net 
pretty much killed it.

I would suggest a social platform such as Zoom, Skype, etc.  That way 
non-hams can join in, not just listen. That does seem the way to go, 
particularly with the COVID restrictions that are still

in place. We didn't have that when I did the net.  Having a net on HF is 
very much dependent on how old Sol is doing.  Anyone remember the SWLNet 
on 7Mhz Sunday mornings?

As a reminder, there's the Scanner Guys show on YouTube on Wednesdays at 
8pm EDT.  It's usually announced on the RadioReference website.
