[Scan-DC] Arlington County encrypted TGID 115?

Andy,

I let Unitrunker run on the system for the afternoon. Exactly the same as
you've said, the same talkgroup, 3134800 every time. Also, 3134800 has not
shown up on any other talkgroups on Arlington's system. The funny thing is
that I'm not seeing any other IDs even affiliating with 115, so I still
wonder if it's a patch ???

Take care,
Dewey

Thanks all! Dewey -- cool detective work. Let me know what you find out.

Here's what I know so far:

  * Whenever that TGID is active on the output (as shown on the HP1), I
can always hear a transmission on the input frequency from my QTH in
Ballston.
  * The signal strength (on the input frequency) seems to be about the
same each time, and hasn't changed in two hours, so the unit is apparently
stationary.
  * There is only one unit ID that shows up on either the input or output:
3134800.
  * If it really is only a single unit, is he/she doing some kind of
broadcast? They don't appear to be talking to anyone else.
  * Or perhaps encrypted channels only show one unit ID?
  * The nearest TGIDs listed in radio reference are 112 (Animal Control)
and 117 (Emergency Management Channel 1).

I don't have much experience with sleuthing P25 systems!
