[Scan-DC] Scan-DC DMV regional hookups

Larry,
I am replying to all as to perhaps others in the Hampton Roads area will
see this and get in contact with you. Scan-DC has members all over the
country and those that perhaps live nearby enough to you to start a group
down there as well as up here.
