[Scan-DC] Scan-DC DMV regional hookups

If I lived closer to the DC area I would be interested in joining a Scan-DC
group on CB radio. But living in the Hampton Roads area puts me way out of
range.

Regards,

Larry

We recently had a Zoom meeting that went very well. Alan also is good at
getting us together on occasional face to face meetings.

As I suggested in a recent email, I think it would be fun and open to
anyone with a CB radio to start a Scan-DC group. Had a few replies but
really would like a census as to whether anyone of us is interested.

The main push here is info sharing off the net, commonality as hobbyists,
and easy no-net access for those non Hams.

I think we could also expand our experience with reception of our base and
HT scanners as most all scanners cover CB.

This would allow all of us to know what to expect monitoring low b
and VHF.

What is old eventually becomes new again? Comments?

Greg
