>From what I've seen, Rehoboth is close enough to DC that it's well within
Marine One's range. There is no benefit to fly from Andrews on AF1.

Although, I do need to mention that it also depends on Biden's health (I
say that seriously) and intel. Biden may not handle helicopter travel very
well, especially for long distances.
