[Scan-DC] new milcom freqs and callsigns files

I just posted updates to the milcom frequencies and callsigns to the RadioRef wiki at the link below. Click on the blue 'MEDIA' link and you should get a zip file with 2 files - one for frequencies, the other with callsigns. Alan, please have the website updated accordingly...
