[Scan-DC] Threat against US Capitol on ATC

It would be interesting to look "behind the curtain", so to speak, and see
what all is being done for today, as well as the 20th.

That said, we probably will never get the whole scoop - that sort of
magician don't like to share the secrets. Nor should they!
