[Scan-DC] Threat against US Capitol on ATC

I am not seeing anything on my ADS-B receiver as of yet (located near
Colesville, MD). Often times if CAP is active I'll see the tankers flying
racetrack patterns. Given the situation in DC today, combined with that
threat (even if not credible) - I'd assume CAP will be up at some point.
