[Scan-DC] Aircraft activity over DC

Anvil 01 I assume is the RC-26B. I heard the same callsign used by an
RC-26B that was doing surveillance after Hurricane Harvey. Each RC-26B
appears to use a unique callsign tied to its base (Voodoo 92, Anvil 01,
Bear 26, etc.). The DC area RC-26B is based at the Clarksburg WV airport
National Guard base. From Houston, Voodoo 92 flies anti-narcotics and
border enforcement missions. They collaborate with DEA and other fed/local
law enforcement. Check local freqs and talkgroups for them. More info:
