STEVE....GIVEN THE AIR CARRIER AND THE SPECIFIC AIRPORT......CARRY-ON SEARCHES HAVE BECOME A "JOKE"...MY ASSISTANCE DOG (FEDERAL CERTIFICATED} HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY PRESENCE...AND TAKEN INTO A BACKROOM FOR A TSA EXAM.....ONE TIME I REFUSED TO ALLOW HIM TO BE REMOVED FROM MY SIDE....AND I WAS DETAINED FOR FOUR HOURS AND MISSED ALL OF MY CONNECTIONS...AND MISSED MY MOTHER'S FINAL SERVICE. TSA MANAGEMENT DID NOT GIVE A DAMN AT SFO. I HAD FLOWN DIRECT FROM DCA TO SFO AND A FLIGHT FROM SFO TO MEDFORD, OR... IN ORDER TO ATTEND MY MOTHER'S SERVICE.
TSA HAS BECOME A ROUGH RIDER FEDERAL DEPARTMENT...THAT HAS LOST ITS DIRECTION...AND THEIR MANAGEMENT IS A DISASTER........AND THE WHITE HOUSE "DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN".....FLYING HAS BECOME A VERY SAD OPERATION...I HAVE FLOWN OVER 40+ MILLION MILES OVER A LIFETIME....I NOW WILL GO DIRECTLY TO ANY AIRPORT IN BC OR CANADA TO FLY....SUCH A SAD STATE FOR THOSE OF US WHO FLY..AND LIKE ME, I HEAR WEEKLY FROM FLYERS WITH DISABILITIES..LIKE MYSELF... WHO CONTINUE TO FLY USING AIRLINES THAT "CARE LESS"...WHEN MY GOD FATHER PAT PATTERSON RAN UNITED EVERY PASSENGER WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT....TODAY, UNITED - THANK GOD - GOT RID OF THEIR CSX PRESIDENT ..SO THEIR IS HOPE FOR A NEW UNITED.....WILSON HULLEY

I have never been stopped for that stuff, though I sometimes get stopped for caring a digital camera and they ask me to turn it on.
