[Scan-DC] Has anybody tried the Citizen app?

I thought the ECPA of 1934 disallowed making money based upon what you
intercept in communications over a open radio circuit. I could be wrong
about that but I do know what hit me years ago was the fact it was a
federal crime to use radio in the commission of a felony or *personal gain*.
All that being said with the internet live streaming real time events on
broadcastify it seems harder if not impossible to enforce some of these
things short of encrypting communications. Social media it seems is
becoming more of the problem than a solution. I must be getting old and
cynical or just old :)
