STEVE - WE HAD THE SAME ISSUES BACK IN THE LATE 1950'S AND INTO THE 1960'S IN THULE, GREENLAND AND IN GOOSE BAY, LABRADOR.............EVEN TODAY OUR DEW LINE SITES IN ALASKA STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES...
