[Scan-DC] Curious flights in FlightRadar24

Ya'll need to look at adsbexchange.com, unfiltered last time I checked.
Next best thing to going raw dog with your own adsb setup.
Please be kind to it so it can stay around a while. I use it quite a bit
when things heat up around the world.
