[Scan-DC] Curious flights in FlightRadar24

[Bob and Mary Jeter]

USCG conducts air to air intercept training locally.
Usually at night and pretty frequently
Listen on marine channels 21 and/or 22 as I recall.
Be discreet with this or they will change freq and/or encrypt
