[Scan-DC] US Park Police

Perhaps they will fix the analog to the point they can simulcast, since it
has such tremendous range. I could hear them full quieting here in
Leesburg. Also "Eagle 1/2" would benefit from keeping the analog frequency
as well.
 Just my 2 cents worth :)
