I finally know why we thank Lindsay!
It is what it is, there isn't a lot we can do about it. It is frustrating. I was able to avoid a bad accident on the rock Creek parkway earlier this year because I heard about it on the park police frequency.
DC in particular is getting to the point where the only thing you are allowed to know is what is scripted through the PIO.
