[Scan-DC] Report small aircraft down in Frederick Co

Right!  All of these resources being sent in different directions.  The Frederick Airport did confirm the plane that landed there just prior to 2000hrs was NOT a yellow aircraft though.  It still could be a real incident which is a bit distressing if someone is injured because we’re over an hour since the 1st 911 call on it.

So many different witness statements it is hard to figure out.  One witness says it was so low its wheels were about to hit the water before she lost sight, another claims into the trees in Virginia.  If this plane as at an airport somewhere, the pilot is going to have some explaining to do.
