[Scan-DC] FLASH Helo Crash FFX

After hearing the dispatch of units from 710 for mutual aid, I turned 
on Fairfax Fire on Broadcastify.
Eagle 1 came up to report to Battalion 402 that FAA was in contact 
with the only helicopter that had flown near the Bridge around the 
reported time, and that helicopter was still in the air.
Fairfax said that only one call was received.
Eagle 1 over the Bridge reported nothing found.
So they put units in service.
