[Scan-DC] Questionable police activity in progress, Montgomery county

1.  In my opinion, if that was the situation, then the motorists were 
driving too fast for traffic and weather conditions and some most likely 
also were tail gating. All drivers needed to drive defensively.  
Regarding the choice of locations over a hill, it was a great location 
choice for law enforcement's purpose...little chance for a violator to 
try and turn around.

2.  I had deleted all the posts on the subject moved on from the website
