[Scan-DC] Questionable police activity in progress, Montgomery county

John,

I saw several near collisions due to cars coming over a hill at 50 miles an hour and having traffic stopped abruptly in front of them. Whoever set up the checkpoint should have known that the backup would've grown to this limited visibility area, and that they are unnecessarily putting the public at risk of injury or death.

These checkpoints can generate radio traffic, especially with the potential of an accident due to poor site selection.
