While we're on the subject of radio acronyms.  How 'bout AMA?  This is often
heard when there is a patient refusal and they say, "Waiver signed, AMA."
Lately, up here in Jeff Co, WV, they're just saying AMA.  I hear that in AA
Co, too.   Sorry to hijack your thread Andy.
