Alan:I think this is a scam to get your $100.00!What good would an E-Z Pass detector do? It can tell when you are approaching a scanning device. The signs on the highway tell you the same thing for free.

If you cannot access the E-Z Pass database, there is no way to tell whose E-Z Pass transponder you are detecting, so you cannot track or be tracked without that information.

I once had an old radar detector that would go off every time I passed a store with automatic door opening sensors! It also alarmed whenever someone was using a microwave in close proximity. Joel R Kahn
