National Capital Region (NCR) Flyover Events


On Wednesday, September 13 (Practice Rehearsal) and Thursday, September 14, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm local time,  Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling will be conducting an Air Tattoo Flyover Performance.

The following aircraft are scheduled to participate in this event.  

- 7:02 hours Pass 1:  6 USAF Thunderbirds
- 7:08 hours Pass 2:  5 aircraft Warbird B-25, B-29, B-17, P-51, P-40
- 7:10 hours Pass 3:  2 aircraft Heritage Flight F-22, P-51
- 7:20 hours Pass 4:  Single aircraft B-2 single ship

On Friday, September 15, Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17, Joint Base Andrews will be conducting numerous flight operations in the vicinity of the base in conjunction with their Airshow and Open House.

This activity has been coordinated in cooperation with the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Capitol Police, U.S. Park Police, Department of Defense, Pentagon Force Protection Agency, Transportation Security Administration and other NCR area agencies.
