Austin, TX is working a small plane crash into a lake tonight and the EMS agency there was regularly posting incident updates on their twitter feed. And then, they actually encourage the public to listen to their live broadcastify feed!

USCG would generally be on their own VHF/UHF P25 LMR,  not the VHF Marine
channels.

166.925 and 166.725 when communicating with PP dispatcher; 7G when operating
with Montgomery County on a river incident.

I imagine there will be Coast Guard choppers in the air today as well, but I
don't know the marine frequencies they would use.
