[Scan-DC] Most interesting analog frequency for July 4 DC fireworks?

I ended up setting up a voice-activated recording on 166.925 for July 4th. I listened to the recording the next day. I got some mildly interesting communications, but nothing exciting.
One thing, though -- that frequency is _strong_ at my QTH in Ballston. 60 dB over S9 on my Icom ham rig (with an antenna up 220 ft). Anyone know where the repeater is located? It's a government frequency so can't be looked up in ULS.
Andy

USCG would generally be on their own VHF/UHF P25 LMR, not the VHF Marine
channels.

166.925 and 166.725 when communicating with PP dispatcher; 7G when operating
with Montgomery County on a river incident.
I imagine there will be Coast Guard choppers in the air today as well, but I
don't know the marine frequencies they would use.
