[Scan-DC] SAM 28000

SAM 28000 has been sitting at a sleepy New England Air National Guard base
since at least Sunday. I thought when I first saw it that it was a movie
prop of some sort until I saw the presidential seal on the outside of the
airplane when the air stairs were moved.  There is no It is fenced off from
the rest of the air field but otherwise no obvious security around it. Just
youtubed the G20 trip and that aircraft is SAM 29000. I don't know who else
would use a VC-25 that might be vacationing in New England.
