[Scan-DC] Foot chase near Cherry Hill and Calverton Boulevard?

A very long black SUV with at least three very bright LED lights on each side is cruising neighborhoods. A state police cruiser and two county cruisers with side lights also came by, heading onto the east side of Calverton Blvd.

I couldn't get a good pic of the SUV - very long and the LED lights are incredibly bright - no hiding from them.
