[Scan-DC] Police motorcade on 495 eastbound around 3:20 PM today

There was one southbound on I-395 at 8:38 this morning near Glebe Road, in Arlington County. Three dozen MC units (give or take) and about a dozen over-the-road motorcoaches. Don't know where they were going. The MC units had cleared the southbound lanes of other traffic. Seemed bigger than the usual Police Week activities. I later learned Trump was giving a speech somewhere. Related?
