[Scan-DC] Is Anyone even using CB anymore?

When I was working downtown at 1919 M St in the late 1970s, there was 
a CB channel used by commuters who traveled Canal Road, to relay 
traffic information.  I don't recall which channel it was, but it was 
pretty disciplined.
