[Scan-DC] WPMS844/Encrypted P25 on Industrial/Business Pool freqs

Conspiracy craziness.  The company has been around a long time.  Do you
really think they would go through the back and forth exchange of letters to
get exceptions to using a bandwidth larger than what would be the norm and
needed?
Beside, government has a lot of its own frequencies it could use.
I really do not want to see the mailists to be filled with conspiracy
theories and have to have someone deconstruct them.
