[Scan-DC] Encrypted P25 on Industrial/Business Pool freqs?

Is anyone sure the Va Cedar Grove Farm is actually connected to this license? Cedar Grove is also a named usef in the Germantown area, for a school and for stores between Germantown and Damascus. That certainly is a farming area.

Well it was garbled and sounds like P25 when encrypted, but so does your
explanation where the P25 signal is weak, so maybe. But this whole
"farm" system from King George VA needing coverage in Rockville and
Baltimore and Richmond now has me curious as to what is going on, to say
the least. 1400 acres is big, but not that big.
