[Scan-DC] 169.6 MHz

Has anyone who runs SDR attempted to Decode the Data?

169.6000 is not usually an EMWIN Freq, but then you are in NCR

I do recall seeing 169.6000 being part of the IWN TRS over in MD

169.575 is listed in FCC Section 90.265 for hydrological data.
But not 169.6.
