[Scan-DC] Nuclear Security Summit

My thought was to try and pin down the HSI freq.  But practically everything 
on the ICE/CBP channels so far has been encrypted.

I noted increased helicopter activity late Wednesday afternoon.  136.375 was 
active and sounded as if they were establishing a video link or something. 
Our colleague Ron Perron has identified that freq used by Customs helos.

134.35 is good to help identify the helo call signs when they check in with 
DCA tower.

I'm hoping to find any other freqs used by the FBI and DHS helos, both air 
band and 161-174 MHz.  Any help appreciated.  I'm scanning a lengthy laundry 
list looking for something new.
