Ken,
DeeCee is callsign used by the KC-135Rs of 756th ARS at Andrews. Today's acty is fairly normal for this time of year. Tuesdays and Thurs are usually the major flying days for local Reserve & ANG units.
DeeCee tankers usually do a fair amount of pattern work (for training/certification) after they return from an AAR mission. Sometimes they aree just burning off gas prior to landing.

Hearing a lot of loud aircraft overhead enroute to Andrews right now.
Anyone have any clue what the DECEE callsign refers to? Most recently I
have DECEE21 on my ADS-B map right now. Looks like both of the ICAO ids
come back to airborne tankers. Interesting given the events over in Europe
this morning but also fairly routine I'd guess. Haven't seen/heard back to
back landings like that since getting my tracker, though.
