[Scan-DC] DECEE Callsign Military

Hearing a lot of loud aircraft overhead enroute to Andrews right now.
Anyone have any clue what the DECEE callsign refers to? Most recently I
have DECEE21 on my ADS-B map right now. Looks like both of the ICAO ids
come back to airborne tankers. Interesting given the events over in Europe
this morning but also fairly routine I'd guess. Haven't seen/heard back to
back landings like that since getting my tracker, though.
