[Scan-DC] Bcd436hp

I have one.  I'm not crazy about it.
I'm in the Rockville area and I got it because I thought it would do 
a better job of receiving Fairfax, Loudoun and PG.
It doesn't.
People complain that the 436 does a poor job on VHF and UHF.  I 
dunno, I only have 800 MHz trunked systems enabled.

I prefer the Radio Shack 197/GRE 500.
When the new Whistler 1088 comes out that does Phase 2 and has a full 
keypad, I might try that.
