[Scan-DC] Bcd436hp

Very happy with it with the exception of the *usual* Uniden problem... it
doesn't do patches properly.  When two or more talk groups are patched, you
must be on the primary talkgroup to continue to receive.  While not
normally a scanning problem, it is a BIG problem when manually monitoring a
talkgroup.  If the talkgroup is suddenly patched and it is not the primary,
the scanner will go silent and you may notice it.
